GET /v1/shipments/{reference}/quote returns the quote a shipment was booked on, and GET /v1/shipments/{reference}/invoices its invoices. See Quotes and invoices.

serviceType gains LandTruckDDP and LandRailDDP, the duty-paid truck and rail services. Their shipments carry chargeableWeight.
